  • If there is no counsellor in your area consider telephone therapy which works just as well.
  • If you want to go ahead with an initial Personal Assessment or have
    a Carer’s Consultation just confirm your booking
  • you will then be sent contact details for your chosen Counsellor
    and you can contcat them to make a convenient appointment
  • during this first consultation you can agree the level of ongoing support you require

Cancellation

No refunds for counsellor bookings can be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of NCFED.

NCFED is not an agent for any counsellor, individual or business in this directory and nothing should be read as a trade description within the meaning of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968. The entries in the Directory are prepared by the counsellors offering their services and NCFED is not responsible for their accuracy and will not accept any liability for any loss or damage of any kind which may arise from any error or omission or from any treatment by or contact with any such counsellor.

Professional Regulation

All counsellors are normally regulated independently by their own professional bodies and in the unlikely event of any complaint you must in the first instance make representations to your counsellor and/or contact the appropriate regulatory organisation directly.
