Sylvia Lerigo A dream becomes reality when action is taken. Society will have you believe: you're a product of your childhood therefore powerless. Yet experience shows there's often a solution, most just haven't found the right solution for them. Sylvia uses a 'Transpersonal Approach'…This simply means finding the real 'you'… then combining the real 'you' in all aspects of your environment, behaviour, capabilities, beliefs, values, identity, purpose and spirituality through conventional and complementary approaches. Sadly the greatest loss in life is what dies inside a person whilst trying to live, therefore Sylvia enables people, because she has faith, knowledge, experience, skills, and a great deal of passion and integrity for her work, therefore she never extends a client's therapy unnecessarily. Sylvia has various qualifications from Diploma to PhD Level in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Nutrition, NLP and Reiki Healing/Teaching. Established in 1995 she is continually recommended by the medical profession, other therapists and satisfied clients. Albert Einstein said: "The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at… when we created them."
